## 1. Product cost

## 2. What the hits are worth

3. Open the set in the PSA price guide and read @[PSA · Values](alexandria:psacard-com/collectibles/values) (url) for the main rookies and chase cards by grade.

## 3. Price the spots

5. Group chase cards by team. Teams holding the top rookies carry most of the value; the rest share the remainder.

## Write the pricing sheet

- **Cost basis:** box or case price and your margin target.
- **Team table:** chase cards per team, their values, suggested spot price.
- **Comparison:** your prices versus other breakers' spots.
- **Unknowns:** pull rates and checklist odds are not in these sources.
- **Sources:** cite every figure to the capability and record it came from. Say what could not be found rather than guessing.
