Co-marketing partner finder

Use when a partner or co-marketing manager needs non-competing brands to run joint promotions, bundles or shared webinars with. Starts from advertisers that already buy the same podcast ad breaks as the brand, keeps those with active Meta budgets and an overlapping web audience, finds their partnerships contacts, and writes a ranked partner list with a pitch angle for each.

# Co-marketing partner finder

For one brand that advertises on podcasts. Brands that buy the same ad breaks have already paid to reach your audience, which makes them natural partners.

## 1. Who shares your audience

1. Find the brand's sponsor id with @[Particle · Sponsor directory](alexandria:particle/advertising/sponsors) (`q` = brand).
2. Read @[Particle · Sponsors that appear together](alexandria:particle/advertising/co-occurrence) (`sponsor_id`, `limit=25`): advertisers buying the same inventory. Very large sponsors can time out; if so, read @[Particle · Shows a sponsor buys](alexandria:particle/advertising/sponsor/shows) (`id`) and take the sponsors of the top five shows instead.
3. Drop direct competitors. For each remaining brand, read @[Upspring · Advertiser by domain](alexandria:upspring/advertisers/by-domain) (`domain`): category, size grades and creative style. Active Meta spenders have budget to co-fund.

## 2. Fit and contacts

4. Compare audience geography with @[Similarweb · Traffic geography](alexandria:similarweb/web/geography) (`domain`, `start_date` and `end_date` = last complete month, `metrics=share`) for the brand and each candidate. Keep candidates whose top countries overlap.
5. Find who to pitch with @[Particle · People at a company](alexandria:particle/companies/people) (`id` = candidate domain, `role=partnerships`, `current_only=true`).

## Write the partner list

- **Ranked table:** brand, shared shows, category, Meta activity, country overlap, contact name and title.
- **Pitch angle:** one line per partner (bundle, giveaway, co-hosted episode, joint webinar).
- **Exclusions:** brands dropped as competitors or misfits, and why.
- **Sources:** cite each overlap to its capability. Say what could not be found rather than guessing.
