# Creative fatigue replacement brief

For one brand's ad account. Replace a tired ad with one that keeps its angle but changes its execution.

## 1. Find the tiring winners

1. Resolve the brand with @[Upspring · Advertiser by domain](alexandria:upspring/advertisers/by-domain) and keep the **advertiser id** and vertical.
2. List what runs now with @[Upspring · Browse ads](alexandria:upspring/ads/browse) (`advertiser_id`, `is_active=true`, `order_by=best`, `limit=25`). Pick the three **ad ids** that have run longest; long-lived winners are where fatigue bites first.
3. Read each with @[Upspring · Ad detail](alexandria:upspring/ads/detail) (`include=transcript, overlays`): write down the hook, the benefit claimed, the persona and the offer. This is the **angle to keep**.

## 2. See the remixes

4. Run @[Upspring · Similar ads](alexandria:upspring/ads/similar) on each ad id. Separate same-brand variants from competitor ads; competitor versions show executions already tested on the same angle.
5. Search the angle in plain words with @[Upspring · Search ads](alexandria:upspring/ads/search) (`q` = the benefit, `is_active=true`, `min_impressions=4`) to catch winners that did not surface as similar.

## 3. What earns attention organically

6. Search TikTok with @[Oriane · Search TikTok videos](alexandria:oriane/tiktok/posts-search) (`caption` = the benefit or product type, `sort=engagementRatePerViews:desc`, `limit=20`, `projection=default`; the basic projection drops view and like counts). Note formats: talking head, demo, before and after, skit, and the first line.
7. Check whether the same format already runs as Instagram Reels with @[Oriane · Search Instagram posts and reels](alexandria:oriane/instagram/posts-search) using the same caption terms.

## Write the brief

- **Angle to keep:** the hook, benefit and persona from step 3.
- **Five replacement concepts:** each with format, opening line, proof device and the reference ad or post it borrows from.
- **Avoid:** executions competitors have already worn out.
- **Sources:** cite every reference to its ad or post id and capability. Say what could not be found.
