# Talk show guest booking heat check For one or more guest names. The Particle person slug from step 1 drives the appearance reads. ## 1. Are they on the circuit 1. Find each guest with @[Particle · Guest directory](alexandria:particle/people/guests) (q = name) and carry the slug. 2. Read @[Particle · Guest profile](alexandria:particle/people/guest) for appearance count, distinct shows and last appearance, then @[Particle · Guest appearances](alexandria:particle/people/guest/appearances) with published_after set to 30 days ago to see where they went and which topic each episode covered. ## 2. What they are promoting 3. Resolve the person with @[TMDB · Search](alexandria:themoviedb-org/films/search) (media_type person) and read @[TMDB · Get person](alexandria:themoviedb-org/films/get_person) for credits. Flag any title releasing in the next eight weeks and read its date with @[TMDB · Get release dates](alexandria:themoviedb-org/films/get_release_dates). ## 3. Public heat 4. Compare up to five guests with @[Trends · Interest over time](alexandria:firecrawl-trends/trends/interest_over_time) over the last 90 days. 5. If the shortlist is thin, pull @[Particle · Trending guests](alexandria:particle/people/guests/trending) for people on several shows in the last 30 days as alternates. ## Write the booking note - **Per guest:** recent appearances, what they are promoting and when it releases, search trend. - **Timing:** best booking week relative to the release date. - **Overexposure:** guests who already hit many shows on the same talking points. - **Alternates:** trending guests worth an approach. - **Sources:** cite every figure to the capability and record it came from. Say what could not be found rather than guessing.
